What is involved?
Music therapy aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people, rather than being driven by musical goals. At Adelaide Music Therapy we will always encourage participants to determine what they want from sessions and how they best want to be supported.
We recognise that every individual has a unique relationship with music and because of this we offer a range of different musical approaches.
